Toothpick and Paymob partner on clinic payments
Toothpick
Toothpick has partnered with Paymob, a leading financial technology provider, to give its network of clinics and hospitals a more connected view of payments and finance.
Through the partnership, Paymob will provide online and point-of-sale payment services to participating healthcare providers. Relevant transaction and settlement information will be visible in the Toothpick dashboard, alongside the financing, BNPL, and banking solutions already there.
What clinics get
The collaboration focuses on three things:
- A unified dashboard. Payment activity across providers is managed in one place.
- Competitive rates. Rates are tailored to each clinic's business needs.
- Consolidated reporting. Finance teams across the Toothpick network get clearer oversight of payment activity, and reconciliation becomes simpler.
The partnership pairs Toothpick's understanding of the healthcare sector and its growing clinic network with Paymob's payment technology. The result is built around the operational needs of healthcare providers rather than around a generic merchant product.
How the rollout works
Toothpick and Paymob will work closely with clinics and hospitals to understand their existing payment setup, transaction volumes, and card-scheme mix. Each provider then receives a solution tailored to its actual usage and business needs.
What each side said
Sary Azakir, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Toothpick:
The trust our clinics place in Toothpick means our role goes beyond simply introducing a POS provider. In Paymob, we have found a like-minded and successful payments company whose leadership and values align with ours. This partnership adds an important payments pillar to our broader finance hub, bringing payment visibility alongside the financing and banking solutions available to our network.
Mohamed Arab, VP of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Paymob:
Our best partnerships are with people who know their world better than we do, and Toothpick knows healthcare. They know what a clinic's day looks like, from the front desk to the finance team. That helps us build payments around how each clinic actually works, so they aren't handed a one-size-fits-all product and left to make it fit.

Where this fits in Toothpick's finance hub
For a clinic, payments sit next to two other money flows that Toothpick already covers. Toothpay lets patients pay for treatment over time through BNPL and bank-backed plans, and Toothpay Business lets a clinic pay for its own supplies on an installment plan. Paymob adds the everyday card and point-of-sale payments to the same dashboard.
As healthcare providers continue to digitise their operations, payment infrastructure is shifting from a standalone transaction tool into an integrated part of how clinics and hospitals operate and grow. The aim is to simplify day-to-day operations and support broader access to care.
